Introduction
GG Gamble is a crypto-first online casino to be built from the ground up: brand and player-facing product, wallet and ledger, bonus and loyalty mechanics, affiliate tracking, KYC and AML workflow, and a complete operator back office.
You asked for a turnkey platform ready for operation rather than an MVP, delivered by a team that handles the technical side end to end and advises where implementation decisions are needed. That is what this document sets out.
Your answers settled the important questions: a single internal accounting currency with conversion at deposit, hybrid withdrawals with six defined review triggers, one aggregator at launch with room to add more, an established payment processor rather than self-custody wallets, and configurable KYC by jurisdiction, risk and threshold. Every one of those decisions is reflected in the scope and the price below.
You also asked us to price two delivery paths so you can compare them. Both are here, with development cost separated from every third-party cost, exactly as you requested.
Webisoft is a Montreal-based firm delivering with a fully onshore Canadian engineering team. No offshore subcontracting, no rotating resources.
Summary
The choice in front of you. Path A builds the platform for you and you own it outright, with no revenue share, ever. Path B puts your brand and a custom front end on top of an established vendor's platform, which launches you roughly four months sooner for $150,000 less, but you pay a share of revenue for as long as you operate and you do not own the core.
The number that decides it. Path B is cheaper today. At 10% to 30% of NGR, it is not cheaper for long. On a casino producing $300,000 monthly NGR, a 15% revenue share is $540,000 per year, every year. Path A costs more once and nothing after. You have indicated a preference for Path A and we think that is the right call if the timeline works for you.
What we are responsible for. Technical delivery, end to end. Architecture, build, integration, testing, deployment and launch. We recommend vendors and integrate them; you contract with them and pay them directly, in your own accounts, with no markup from us.
What sits with you. Licensing, corporate structure, and all regulatory compliance. Every third party in this proposal contracts with the licensed operator rather than with us, and each will require your licence and beneficial ownership details before issuing production credentials.
How we work around that. Your jurisdiction and entity are not finalised, and that does not need to delay the build. Everything except final launch is built against sandbox environments and requires nothing from you. Only the production integration phase needs your credentials, and it is neither started nor invoiced until they arrive. You never pay for a milestone waiting on something on your side.
What we are not committing to. A go-live date. We commit to build duration from kickoff. Launch timing depends on your licence and on vendor onboarding, neither of which is within our control. Third-party costs in section 4 are indicative until your entity exists. Development cost is firm.
Where your requirements land. Section 1 maps your original twelve-section scope item by item against both paths. Nothing on your list is dropped. Where a third party supplies something rather than us building it, the table says so.

2. Technical Approach
Wagering model. Deposits in seven assets convert at receipt to a single internal accounting currency. All wagers settle against that balance. Players see equivalent value in their deposited asset.
Wallet ledger. Postgres, append-only double-entry. Immutable postings, integer minor units, idempotency key on every mutation, two-phase postings for bet reservation and settlement, sharded house account to avoid lock contention. Balances derived from postings with periodic snapshots. Daily reconciliation: postings against balances, ledger deposits against processor, ledger wagers against aggregator.
Custody. The payment processor holds and moves all funds and generates all addresses. Webisoft never holds keys or player funds.
Build composition on Path A. Roughly one third is casino-specific logic written for you: ledger postings, bonus and wagering engine, wager settlement, withdrawal rules, VIP engine, GGR reporting. The remaining two thirds is assembled on proven components: auth, admin framework, reporting, search, design system, managed infrastructure. You own the result outright either way.
Extensibility. Provider abstraction so additional aggregators and direct providers can be added without rework. Clean service boundaries so sportsbook can be added as a later phase.
3. Phases and Payment
Each phase paid in full before it begins.
Path A: Custom
| # | Phase | Payment |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Architecture, ledger design, vendor selection, technical specification | $11,500 |
| 2 | Brand, visual direction, design system, all screen designs | $18,500 |
| 3 | Player-facing product, all screens, responsive | $35,500 |
| 4 | Core platform, auth, accounts, wallet ledger, deposit conversion, reconciliation | $52,500 |
| 5 | Game aggregation layer, catalogue sync, wager settlement, provider abstraction | $28,000 |
| 6 | Bonus engine, wagering requirements, VIP tiers | $32,000 |
| 7 | Payment processor integration, deposit detection, withdrawal engine, review queue | $32,500 |
| 8 | KYC and AML integration, rules engine, sanctions and PEP screening | $17,500 |
| 9 | Admin panel, all modules, reporting and analytics | $35,500 |
| 10 | Affiliate platform integration | $9,500 |
| 11 | Security hardening, pen test, load test, regression QA | $27,000 |
| Subtotal, production-ready against sandbox | $300,000 | |
| 12 | Production integration, deployment, launch, 30 days stabilisation (gated) | $25,000 |
| Total | $325,000 |
30 to 34 weeks to production-ready. Launch phase adds 5 to 6 weeks after your credentials arrive.
Path B: White-label
| # | Phase | Payment |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Vendor selection, gap analysis, integration architecture | $14,000 |
| 2 | Brand, visual direction, design system, all screen designs | $28,000 |
| 3 | Player-facing product against vendor APIs | $50,000 |
| 4 | Platform integration: wallet, games, bonus, VIP, affiliate, crypto flow | $35,500 |
| 5 | Gap closure: custom reporting, admin tooling, withdrawal triggers | $24,000 |
| 6 | Integration testing, security review, load test, deployment | $23,500 |
| Total | $175,000 |
14 to 16 weeks. Go-live follows vendor onboarding of your entity, typically 4 to 8 weeks, controlled by the vendor.
Phase 5 is estimated against a platform not yet selected and will be confirmed in writing at the end of phase 1, before you commit to it.
Licence sequencing
Phases 1 through 11 on Path A are built against sandbox environments and need nothing from you. Only phase 12 requires production credentials. You never pay for a milestone waiting on something on your side.
Some white-label vendors can launch you under their own master licence and some require your own. We confirm this per vendor during Path B phase 1.
4. Third-Party Costs
Not paid to Webisoft. You contract and pay each vendor directly, in your own accounts. No markup, no commission, no resale. Domains, hosting and all vendor accounts are in your name.
| Category | Setup | Recurring | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|
| White-label platform | $35,000 to $150,000 | $0 to $50,000/mo plus 10% to 30% of NGR | Path B only |
| Game aggregator | $5,000 to $15,000 | $1,500 to $4,000/mo minimum, plus 12% to 18% of game GGR | Both |
| Crypto payment processor | $0 to $2,500 | 0.4% to 1.5% deposits, 0.5% to 1.5% withdrawals plus network fees | Both |
| KYC and AML | $0 to $2,000 | $1.50 to $4.00 per verification, $0.50 to $2.00 per screening, $500 to $2,000/mo minimum | Both |
| Affiliate platform | $1,500 to $5,000 | $500 to $2,500/mo | Both |
| Hosting and infrastructure | included in phase 12 | $2,150 to $5,500/mo at launch volumes | Both, lower on Path B |
| Domains, SSL, monitoring | minimal | $200 to $700/mo | Both |
| Certification (GLI, BMM, iTech Labs) | $15,000 to $50,000 | as required | If your licence requires it |
| Gaming licence, legal, corporate | jurisdiction dependent | jurisdiction dependent | Both |
Content revenue share is charged by the game providers and passed through the aggregator. Unavoidable on either path. Pragmatic Play and Evolution sit at the higher end.
All figures above are indicative. Major vendors do not publish pricing and every one of them prices and onboards against the licensed operator, not against us. Firm quotes require your entity. We obtain them during phase 1. Development cost in section 3 is firm and does not depend on your licence.
