2. Technical Approach
Wagering model. Deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC and TRX convert at receipt to a single internal accounting currency. All wagers settle against that balance. Players see equivalent value in their deposited asset.
Wallet ledger. Postgres, append-only double-entry. Immutable postings, integer minor units, idempotency key on every mutation, two-phase postings for bet reservation and settlement, sharded house account to avoid lock contention under concurrency. Balances derived from postings with periodic snapshots. Daily reconciliation: postings against balances, ledger deposits against processor, ledger wagers against aggregator.
Custody. The payment processor generates all addresses and holds and moves all funds. We never hold keys or player funds.
Build composition, custom option. Roughly a third is casino-specific logic written for you: ledger postings, bonus and wagering engine, wager settlement, withdrawal rules, VIP engine, GGR reporting, KYC rules engine, lobby merchandising. The rest is assembled on proven components: Keycloak or managed auth, Refine or React Admin for the back office, embedded Metabase for reporting, Meilisearch or Typesense for lobby search, managed database, queue and cache behind Cloudflare. You own the result outright either way.
Extensibility. Provider abstraction so additional aggregators and direct providers are added without rework. Clean service boundaries so sportsbook can be added as a later phase.
3. Phases: Custom
Each phase is paid in full before it starts. A phase is complete when its acceptance criteria are met and demonstrated.
Phase 1: Architecture and Design, $45,000
Deliverables. System architecture and data model. Wallet ledger design including posting schema, reconciliation procedure and concurrency model. Infrastructure plan. Vendor shortlists and written quotes for aggregator, payment processor, KYC and affiliate. Brand: logo, palette, typography, visual direction. Design system and component library. Designs for every player-facing screen, desktop and mobile. Full technical specification.
Acceptance. Architecture and ledger design documents delivered and walked through. Written vendor quotes in your hands. Brand assets delivered in source format. Every screen in your scope designed and approved.
Duration. 6 to 7 weeks.
Phase 2: Core Platform and Wallet Ledger, $105,000
Deliverables. Authentication, sessions, player accounts, role model. Wallet ledger: append-only double-entry postings, integer minor units, idempotency, two-phase bet postings, derived balances with snapshots, sharded house account. Multi-asset deposit handling across all seven assets with conversion at receipt. Transaction state machine. Reconciliation jobs. Player-facing product: all screens from phase 1, responsive, wired to live platform APIs.
Acceptance. Automated test suite covering ledger invariants passing, including concurrent balance mutation and duplicate-callback idempotency. Reconciliation job runs clean against seeded data. A player can register, log in, deposit on testnet across all seven assets, see a converted balance and equivalent value in the deposited asset, and navigate every screen on desktop and mobile.
Duration. 10 to 11 weeks.
Phase 3: Games, Payments, Bonuses and KYC, $120,000
Deliverables. Aggregator integration against sandbox: catalogue sync, session lifecycle, bet and win callbacks, rollback and cancellation, provider reconciliation, provider abstraction layer. Payment processor integration against sandbox: address generation, automatic deposit detection across all seven assets and networks, withdrawal engine, six manual review triggers, admin review queue with configurable thresholds. Bonus engine: welcome, deposit, free spins, promo codes, wagering requirement tracking with contribution weighting, bonus and real balance segregation, activation, expiry, restrictions. VIP tiers with activity tracking, configurable requirements and rewards. KYC and AML integration with rules engine configurable by jurisdiction, risk and threshold, sanctions and PEP screening, account restriction on risk status. Affiliate platform integration: tracking links, attribution, commission configuration.
Acceptance. A player can launch a game from the lobby, place a wager, and see the ledger debit and credit correctly against a provider sandbox, including a rolled-back round. A bonus can be issued, wagered against with correct contribution weighting, and either cleared or expired. A withdrawal passes automatically when clean and enters the review queue on each of the six triggers. KYC completes end to end with a risk flag restricting the account. Affiliate attribution records against a tracked registration.
Duration. 10 to 12 weeks.
Phase 4: Admin, Reporting, Hardening and Launch, $55,000
Deliverables. Admin panel across all fifteen modules in your scope: players, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, games, providers, bonuses, promotions, VIP, affiliates, KYC and AML, platform configuration, restrictions, audit logging. Reporting across player activity, deposits, withdrawals, game activity, revenue and GGR, bonus and affiliate statistics, operational analytics. Journal-ready export. Security hardening, RBAC verification, penetration test, load test, full regression QA. Production infrastructure, deployment, launch, 30 days stabilisation.
Acceptance. Every admin module operable by a non-technical user against production-like data. Reports reconcile to the ledger. Penetration test report delivered with all critical and high findings resolved. Load test passes at agreed target throughput. Platform live in production.
Duration. 8 to 9 weeks, plus 30 days stabilisation.
Gate. Production launch requires signed vendor agreements and production credentials from you. The rest of phase 4 proceeds without them. If credentials are not available when the build is otherwise complete, launch is scheduled when they arrive at no additional cost.
Total: $325,000. 30 to 34 weeks to production-ready.
Phases 1 through 3 and most of phase 4 run entirely against sandbox environments and need nothing from you.
4. Phases: White-label
Phase 1: Vendor Selection and Design, $42,000
Deliverables. Vendor evaluation across candidate platforms, including whether each can launch you under their own licence or requires yours. Gap analysis of your scope against the selected platform's actual capability, with the phase 3 gap layer scoped and priced. Integration architecture. Infrastructure plan. Brand: logo, palette, typography, visual direction. Design system and all screen designs.
Acceptance. Vendor recommendation with written quotes. Gap analysis document listing every item in your scope the platform does not cover. Brand assets in source format. Every screen designed and approved.
Duration. 4 to 5 weeks.
Phase 2: Player-Facing Product, $50,000
Deliverables. Full custom front end built against the vendor's APIs: homepage, lobby, categories, search and filters, game rails, launch pages, promotions, registration and login, account area, transaction and bonus history, settings. Responsive desktop and mobile.
Acceptance. A player can register, log in, browse and search the lobby, launch a game, and view account, transaction and bonus history on desktop and mobile against the vendor sandbox.
Duration. 5 weeks.
Phase 3: Platform Integration and Gap Closure, $56,000
Deliverables. Wallet, game, bonus, VIP and affiliate integration against vendor APIs. Crypto deposit and withdrawal flow wherever the platform does not natively cover your seven-asset list. Gap layer as scoped in phase 1: custom reporting, additional admin tooling, and the six withdrawal review triggers.
Acceptance. Deposits detected and credited across all seven assets. Withdrawals process automatically when clean and enter the review queue on each of the six triggers. Every gap item identified in phase 1 delivered and demonstrated.
Duration. 4 weeks.
Phase 4: QA, Hardening and Launch, $27,000
Deliverables. Integration testing across all vendor touchpoints. Security review of the custom layer. Load test. Full regression QA. Deployment, launch, 30 days stabilisation.
Acceptance. Security review delivered with all critical and high findings resolved. Load test passes at agreed target throughput. Platform live in production.
Duration. 2 to 3 weeks, plus 30 days stabilisation.
Gate. Launch requires the vendor to have onboarded your entity, typically 4 to 8 weeks after credentials are submitted and controlled by the vendor.
Total: $175,000. 14 to 16 weeks to production-ready.
Phase 3 pricing is an estimate against a platform not yet selected and will be confirmed in writing at the end of phase 1, before you commit to it.
5. Third Parties
You contract with whoever you choose.
We build and integrate. You contract with each vendor directly, in your own accounts, and pay them directly. No markup, no commission, no resale. Domains, hosting and all vendor accounts are in your name.

We are not quoting these figures. Every vendor above prices and onboards against the licensed operator rather than against us, none of the major ones publish pricing, and terms vary by jurisdiction, volume and negotiation. During phase 1 we shortlist, approach them on your behalf, and bring you written quotes against your actual entity. You contract with whoever you choose.
Development cost is firm and does not depend on your licence.
